Group Swimming Lessons
We offer members a series of 2-week long group
lessons. Group lessons are 30 minutes long and are held Monday-Thursday mornings between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Rain or
holiday make-up days are on Fridays.
The group lessons are divided according to ability. Class sizes are limited
and enrollment will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The lists for all sessions will be posted at the club. We will
try to accommodate as many members as possible, without compromising the quality of the lessons.
Please sign up for
lessons using the sheet posted on the pool bulletin board. Members will be invoiced by the Club for group swimming lessons.

Beginner Group Lesson
Introduction to swimming
to foster confidence in the water and acquire floating, kicking, gliding and back floating skills.
Intermediate Group Lesson
Floating (front
and back), freestyle, and elementary backstroke will be emphasized as swimmers gain confidence in the water.
Advanced Group Lesson
Emphasis on advanced stroke development
and breathing techniques.
